It’s quite normal as that’s what Shaft drives do as the gears inside the drive want to “ride up” as they are under stress (acceleration).”

I was looking at this idea on another website, I’m going to consider using this for my Zine, I discussed it with my lecturer and he seemed really happy with that idea! :)
